Definitions

  • User means any individual or entity registered to use our Services.

  • Credits are the prepaid units you purchase to perform data exports (profiles, followers, post engagers).

  • Data Export means any action that consumes Credits to download LinkedIn data.

  • Services means our real-time LinkedIn data extraction platform, including the web interface, integrations, and APIs.

Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.

  • Provide accurate, current information during signup.

  • You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

  • Use Services only for lawful, non-infringing purposes and in compliance with LinkedIn’s terms of service.

  • Do not overload, spam, or compromise our platform or its security.

  • Each Data Export deducts the corresponding number of Credits from your balance; manage your Credits responsibly.

Refund & Cancellation

  • Refund Window: Unused Credits may be refunded if requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • To request a refund, contact support@linkyfire.com with your order details.

  • Refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • We may deny refunds for abuse or non-compliant use.

Data Privacy & Compliance

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to these practices. We implement robust security measures to safeguard your data and ensure compliance with relevant laws like GDPR and CCPA.

Third-Party Integrations

  • You may integrate LinkyFire with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • We’re not liable for third-party service performance or downtime.

Support & Service Levels

You can terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and your data will be deleted as per our Data Retention policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations of these Terms, which could lead to account closure.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations or illegal activity.

  • Upon termination, any unused Credits will be refunded per Section 7, and your data will be purged in accordance with our Data Retention policy.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Services are provided “AS IS” without express or implied warranties.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkyFire’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Credits in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

  • Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco County under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and update the “Last modified” date.

  • Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
